| Hummingbirds and Butterflies

| It is always great
to see the hummingbirds and butterflies make their yearly
appearance. Bill Godley will be in the garden to share
his wealth of knowledge on hummingbirds and butterflies.
He moved to Houston 25 years ago and discovered the
natural beauty of our area and Brazos Bend State Park.
He has been a volunteer as well as a birding and butterfly
“enthusiast” since. He organizes the Brazos Bend Christmas
Bird Count each December and is an active volunteer
with Texas Master Naturalists. Chasing butterflies,
growing tropical hibiscus and enjoying life are his
passions. Bill will present an informative talk on hummingbirds
and butterflies. |
